I’m in Paradise Valley, at Camelback Mountain Resort for an Alpha Omega week of high caliber business training. It is a wonderful event, and I’m getting so much help on my projects and my thinking.
It has rained, which is unusual here. Today was cool, but clear and beautiful. The desert air does get cool quickly when the sun goes down. As I was walking around today, a rabbit crossed my path. I do love being outside and exploring, just never know what you might run into.
I have been busy with training, coaching, and more lately. The good news is I’m also busy getting healthier, feeling better, and learning more to serve people better.
I’m adding a picture I took this evening, and hope that you can see the beauty that is in your own backyard, your neighborhood, your town. Just by looking, and really noticing, we can find beauty in the simplest things around us.
Take some time and do an exploring walk around your area to see the beauty you can find, experience the joy of being outside, communing with Mother Earth. Breathe it all in, let the stress release with each breath. Even 5 minutes will help the day run smoother, and your body will thank you with a better night’s sleep.
To your everyday successes,
Judy
